If your credit card complies with these criteria please doublecheck that you introduced the correct number (without spaces or hyphens) and that you used the correct expiry date. Sometimes a technical problem or a failure in the conexion may be the cause that your card is not accepted. Why do you require my flight number if I arrive by plane?

It is important that the suppliers know your flight number in case your flight is delayed. This will avoid that you will find the office closed if you arrive out of office hours. At some airports our suppliers do not have a desk inside the terminal and offer a meet & greet service. You will find all the details of the exact meeting point in the confirmation we send you. In case your flight number is known the staff from our suppliers will ALWAYS wait for you in the office or at the meeting point, no matter how late the flight arrives. We cannot accept responsability for a failed delivery in case the flight number was not supplied on time.

Does the car have rear safety belts?

All vehicles supplied will have rear safety belts, however not all models come with a three-point central safety belt in the rear.
